Our Harvest
Fresh local Oklahoma raised pastured meats and poultry.
Turkeys are raised on pasture, eating bugs, and grass in the sunshine. They are rotationally grazed on fresh pasture as part of our regenerative farming practices to revitalize our soil. Our turkeys are given free access to a supplemental organic soy free non-gmo feed. Turkeys will be harvested in November and whole turkeys will be available at that time.

Our Dexter cattle are holistically grazed and managed to ensure high quality beef, and optimal pasture management. Dexter cattle are know for their efficient grazing, and lean meat.

Our pigs are raised on wooded lots, where they have access to be embrace the “pigness of pigs”, they root for fallen nuts while fertilizing and revitalizing the land, they are moved ever week or so as to not over work the ground. They are supplemented with an organic soy free non gmo feed.
